bWell International Names Mary Hobson, Chief Marketing Officer, to Drive Consumer-Directed Health Initiatives for Employers, Banks, Health Plans, TPAS, and Brokers

NEW YORK, NY/PORTLAND, OR – June 19, 2006 – Mary Hobson, a seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience delivering compelling and effective communication solutions in the retirement, financial, and healthcare sectors, has been named Chief Marketing Officer of bWell International. Hobson will spearhead expanded marketing to employers of bWell International's cutting-edge consumer directed healthcare products – bWell-informedTM Health Plan Forecaster and bWell-informedTM Health Risk Forecaster.

The bWell-informedTM Health Plan Forecaster, sponsored by employers for their workforce, is the only interactive, personalized tool to help employees evaluate health plan options over time - from 1 to 20 years - based upon individual health and risk factors. bWell-informedTM Health Risk Forecaster is an online assessment that lets employees take a more active role in identifying and managing their health risks and ultimately their productivity. The Risk Forecaster is available as a stand-alone tool and as part of the Health Plan Forecaster.

Most recently, Hobson was Senior Vice President of Consulting at Finity Communications. She has also served as Creative Consultant at Communi(k) and Vice President of Consulting at Newkirk Products, Inc., where she directed large and diverse creative teams in the creation of award-winning communications for both domestic and international clients.

Hobson's professional articles have appeared in industry publications such as Benefit & Compensation Solutions and Profit Sharing. She is a frequent speaker at benefits conferences including ASPA, Midwest Pension Conference, and the Profit Sharing Council of America. Hobson has been a regular judge for the Profit Sharing Council of America (PSCA) Signature Awards, which honor communication excellence in the financial industry.

Hobson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and lives in Portland, Oregon.
